1 teaspoon of pure Aloe Vera Arborescens gel
-
1 teaspoon of virgin coconut oil (antiviral and moisturizing)

Gently melt the coconut oil and beeswax (if using) in a double boiler.
-
Remove from heat and add the Aloe Vera gel, stirring well until smooth.

Pour the mixture into a small jar or container with a lid.
-
Let it cool and solidify (you can refrigerate it for quicker setting).
How to Use:
-
Apply a small amount directly to the cold sore 2 to 3 times per day.
-
Use at the first sign of tingling or itching to help stop the outbreak early.
-
Keep the container away from light and heat.
Notes & Precautions:

Always perform a patch test before first use.
-
Avoid dipping your finger directly into the balm during an active outbreak (to prevent contamination).
-
Not recommended for small children or during pregnancy unless advised by a healthcare professional (due to essential oils).
